The Makkasan Smart City Project is located in the Ratchathewi area of Bangkok, which is a continuously developing area situated between the old central district and the emerging central business area. The land use in the area surrounding the project is mixed and diverse, featuring important city landmarks such as workplaces, department stores, residential areas, public parks, government offices, educational institutions, and public health facilities.
