ABOUT “Bandan”
Bandan, located in Banphot Phisai District, Nakhon Sawan, is a city rich in natural resources and agriculture. It grew from a local economy based on agriculture and trade, especially producing key agricultural products such as rice, vegetables, and fruits. Today, Bandan is developing in various areas, including economics, tourism, and infrastructure, to accommodate the city’s growth and investments related to agriculture and services

Create happiness for visitors and drive the economy, strengthening the grassroots and civil society.
CITY GOALS
1.To develop a spatial database system (City Data Platform) and the city’s data management operating system, enabling systematic database management, focusing on accessibility and usability, leading to the development of a smart city according to the local context.
2.To develop collaborative mechanisms among government, private sector, and civil society, including mechanisms for developing public spaces for communication, utilizing communication channels, raising awareness, and promoting practical actions of organizations in systematic public service provision (City Service Platform).
3.To develop models and processes for collaboration between communities and investors, providing opportunities for private sector investment according to the local context and aligning with the appropriate urban development (City Collaboration Platform).
4.To develop policy-level mechanisms to support administration, decision-making, operations, and the integration of public services for organizations.
5.To develop models, guidelines, principles, and methods for establishing open system development processes to enhance database management efficiency, improve service effectiveness, and build participation capacity, elevating public service delivery of organizations and serving as a model for other localities to adapt according to their context.

Bandan, located in Nakhon Sawan, is rich in natural attractions and maintains an eco-friendly environment. The town is renowned for its agricultural landscapes and green spaces, which contribute to the quality of life for its residents. There is a need for further development of infrastructure to support investments in tourism and agricultural businesses, as well as promoting local products to increase their value and create economic opportunities.
