ABOUT “(Khon Kaen Municipality)”
Khon Kaen Municipality was originally upgraded to a town municipality by Royal Decree on the Establishment of Khon Kaen Town Municipality, which came into effect on August 20, 1935.
“The area encompasses 46 square kilometers and is situated in the upper northeastern region of Thailand. Geographically, it is positioned between latitude 16° 16′ 00″ North and longitude 112° 27′ 48″ East, at a distance of approximately 445 kilometers from Bangkok.”
