Wangchan Valley is the location of the nation’s leading educational institutions (KVIS & VISTEC) and research offices. Most of the population of the area are students, professors and researchers who are highly competent, skillful and popular in the country. The area is therefore designed by focusing on an environment that promotes creativity and an endless learning. There is a high-speed internet system for each plot of rental area. There are various signal transmission systems such as LoRa for IOT devices and Free WIFI covering all common areas. People inside the project area are allowed to have access to all types of communication systems at all times. Apart from that, there is a Mobile Application to facilitate and gain convenience for residents of the area, such as pre-booking a parking space, know the schedule of EV Shuttle Bus arriving at each station, find the current location of visitors, check climate data by yourself and be able to notify the repair of utility systems and can also check the consumption of utilities online, etc.

Apart from that, Wangchan Valley also has an intrusion detection system and the thermal night vision systems in dark areas such as along the fences, etc. There is a system to analyze the behavior of people entering the area, as well as road users. For example, the system can alert if there is an accident in the area. The vehicle speed detection system is installed. The system can detect foreign objects, preventing people from leaving objects in the controlled areas, including the entry of various animals such as dogs, elephants, etc. into the area. It also supports the transmission of image signals through unmanned aircraft (Drone) to track events that occur in the area in order to improve the quality of life for residents and service users in the area.

The building was designed according to the standard of Thai Green Building Institute and LEED Institution (USGB) at Certified level to ensure that the service provided to tenants is the service providing by the Central Building With energy sustainability and there is no impact on the environment according to international standards. There is also a control center that can support staff operations 24 hours a day and a modern meeting rooms that are available to provide service to the tenants who wish to request for the service as well.

The Green Area and Open Space is equal to 60% of total area in order to create the research center and innovation zone among the sustainable nature. The creation of Green Area and Green Belt by using the principle of forest planting and sustainable ecosystem recovery according to the theory of Prof. Dr. Akira Miyawaki which focuses on the use of original plant species of the area, so that it is easy to grow and look after. There are variety of plant species, both in the form of standing timbers and shrubs. The soil mounds are created to increase the porosity of the soil which increase water drain and air ventilation. The sensors are installed at various key locations in order to monitor and manage the air and water pollution, which are CO2, O2, O3, PM 2.5, Dissolved Oxygen, Wind Speed, Rain Gauge. There is a water supply network and waste water pipe underground with meter installed at each plot of land. The meter can display the result on Real-time basis, as well as display the historical result. After going through the treatment process, the waste water in the project will be utilized in the area, such as plant watering and road cleaning (Zero Waste Water).

In addition, EV Shuttle Buses and EV Charging Stations are also available to promote environmentally friendly alternative energy travel.
