**In order to promote the distribution of development covering the entire country, 1 province has a quota of no more than 2 agencies. This condition is subject to change. as appropriate
Qualifications of agencies that can apply to join the project.
Government and private agencies Area owners who want to develop into a smart city, such as municipalities, sub-district administrative organizations, provincial offices Juristic persons that own the area, etc.
